Systemic Perspective, Modern Leadership & Mentoring
Welcome – it’s great to have you here!
My name is Stephan A. Davis.
I work with individuals and organizations on their journey toward greater clarity, responsibility, and meaningful impact.
At the intersection of leadership, technology, and responsibility, I help people and organizations navigate complexity with integrity and informed decision-making.
To support this work, I have developed Systemic Perspective (Perspektivensystemik) – a leadership framework that integrates philosophy, psychology, and practical application.
It is based on my Triarchy of Modern Leadership:
- WORD principle (WORT-Prinzip) – trust through appreciation, openness, reliability, and transparency.
- Consequences Compass (Konsequenzen-Kompass) – orientation, responsibility, and conscious decisions.
- Influence Formula (Einfluss-Formel) – create clarity, reduce complexity, develop impact.
“connect honestly – decide clearly – act consciously“
And at the same time, leadership always begins with yourself.
That’s why you’ll find inspiration here for modern leadership, mentoring, personal development, and mindfulness—practical, systemic, and in-depth.

My journey
I am driven by a desire to always discover new opportunities – for people, teams, and organizations.
This sometimes requires unconventional thinking, clear action, and the courage to break new ground.
Over many years, I have intensively studied Modern Leadership and Personal Development. In today’s dynamic working world, these two areas are inextricably linked. I have incorporated these principles into my own leadership style – as a leader and as a trainer.
Today, I have the privilege of accompanying people on their path to professional and personal development. Learn more about my unique method under Mentorship.

My former motto
“manage it together” – together we can achieve more!
From developing solutions to implementation, I like to be involved from the very beginning. For me, that means having the courage to break new ground and take risks. It also means that new methods, ways of working, and theories are there for me to discover – which is why I am now an enthusiastic proponent of New Work and Work 4.0.
On this basis, I am shaping the future world of work according to my motto: “Work when, where, and how you want!”
