Mentorship – according to modern leadership

Mentoring with Systemic Attendance

Mentorship, as I understand, is not about advice, solutions, or quick answers.
It is about creating a space for clarity, orientation, and responsibility.

My vision is to help each individual discover and utilize their full potential. I believe that every person has unique needs, talents, and strengths that need to be recognized and nurtured. Through my systemic attendance, I encourage each person to achieve their goals and realize their dreams.

“Who am I?” – Discover your potential!

Using various scientific and proven personality analyses as well as the principles of modern leadership, I enable my mentees to identify their talents, strengths, motivators, characteristics, and potential—weaknesses can also be strengths—in a multi-stage process.

Based on these fundamentals, for example, in the form of a personality profile, an avatar, I accompany them in regular reflections and one-on-one conversations in a protected atmosphere as they pursue their professional and personal development.

Mentorship is an invitation to think more clearly, decide more consciously, and act with responsibility.

Ethics and Attitude

My space for honest connection, clear reflection, and conscious effectiveness.

Onboarding

With structure, clarity, and trust right from the start—for your personal development path.

Systemic Reflection

Reflection is key to personal development and effective leadership.

My Methods and Your Journey

In the first stages, we will identify your personality and fundamental character traits—your basic characteristics. This means that we will focus on your unique nature, how you organize yourself, what motivates you, and what qualities you possess. This will enable us to recognize and understand how you think and act intuitively and subconsciously. We will summarize the key findings and record them as a profile of your personality.

We will look at indicators for the following topics:

  • Your current well-being
  • Your current balance in holistic self- and time management
  • Your time management and organizational type
  • Your learning type
  • Your general motivation and commitment
  • Your current mindset
  • Your resilience and the extent to which you exhibit certain characteristics
  • Your character type
  • Your DISC type
  • Your motivators and demotivators
  • Your 5 most important values
  • Your 5 positive and 5 negative character traits
  • Your 3 essential team roles

Following this, based on your personality profile, we will reflect on your insights, desires, visions, and goals and further explore your talents, strengths, and potential together. I recommend and use the Clifton StrengthsFinder to identify and develop your strengths and talents. We can also compare and analyze your personality type using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and your Human Design. In addition, we can find out whether you have tendencies of a scanner personality, i.e., whether you are interested in and enthusiastic about many different topics and areas.
